Members of Black Sabbath have confirmed that they already have fifteen songs for their next studio album. Lead vocalist, Ozzy Osbourne, told NME, “We’ve written about 15 songs so far, whether they’ll get on an album [I don't know]…You just keep on writing. I was trying to work out, where would we be musically if we’d have stayed together?” Although Ozzy says they’re still far off from completing the new album, he does drop a clue as to when fans might expect it to drop, saying, “Next year, 2013, is a good clue of what we’ll call the album.”
For now, the band has a couple of tour dates lined up for this Summer. They’ll headline at the annual Lollapalooza Festival in August and their Download appearance, coming up on June 10th.
