Lawrence Schiller
I know, I know, this is a music website, however, this was just too cool not to share.
Lawrence Schiller was a photographer who appeared to have amazing chemistry with Marilyn Monroe, and he is credited with photographing the iconic actress’s final photo shoot, on the set of her unfinished film, Something’s Got to Give.
Vanity Fair has re-published the ones that the public has already seen throughout the years, including a few that went unpublished, that is, until now.
Click HERE to read Lawrence Schiller’s account of the what it was like to work with Marilyn and their tense encounter on the day just before she died, from his own memoirs.
Schiller’s authorship is credited to two books, Marilyn & Me: A Photographer’s Memories and Marilyn & Me: A Memoir in Words and Photographs.
