Cher announced on Twitter, recently, that she plans to write and star in her own autobiography.
The new production is slated as a Broadway musical and will focus on three different incarnations of Cher, throughout her career. Beginning with the Sonny & Cher era, progressing all the way to the present day, theater goers will be able to see Cher’s career, through her eyes, and learn about aspects that may have never been known before.
No other cast members have been revealed and no date have been set for the opening night.
Cher has won an Oscar, a Grammy, and an Emmy. Perhaps, this will get her the Tony award, too.
